Katherine Gourianova, Dana Shkolny and Patty Lee. We are curling in the annual Lupus Spiel (May 31 – June 2) to promote awareness and support for people who are struggling with Lupus. Lupus, also known as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), is an autoimmune disease in which the body attacks its own tissues causing joint pain, fever, rashes, chest pain, sensitivity to light as well as many other symptoms.
