Registration Steps:

  1. Fill out the form below and HIT SUBMIT. *Note:  you MUST hit submit before making payment (you’ll redirect back to do so).

  2. Pay through PayPal (if you would like to cover the credit card processing fee, just add 3%.  Thank you!)

Details (Please Read):

  • By signing up, you are creating a “campaign”. This campaign will be how you FUNDRAISE. YOUR FUNDRAISING WILL DETERMINE HOW YOU PICK YOUR CELEBRITY SKIP! Top money-raisers get first pick, and the list goes on from there. We’ll send you a link to your PERSONALIZED PAGE to share with your contacts, friends and family to make your fundraising a success! For fundraising tips, see the “Teams” page and use the “Sponsorship Kit”!
  • Sign up as an individual ($160), a pair ($320), or a team of three ($480). For those aged 21 and under the cost is  ($125) per person. Your “fourth” is your celebrity skip.
  • Note:  you’re signing up as a “team” (or “campaign”) even if you are a “team” of one or two people. This will ensure everyone can see each other’s fundraising efforts so that friendly competition can ensue! We will pair you with others to form your team.
  • If you do have other team members, please provide their email and cell phone numbers as well as your own. We need to be able to reach your team when it’s time to pick your skip. Phone number is critical.
  • You must write NA in the addresses of the 2nd and 3rd players, if you do not have a 2nd or 3rd player.
  • Reminder:  Submit your form; you will see a note about processing, then make your payment.
  • Registration is not official until payment is made.

  • Please allow 24 hours for your team page to be added to the site and emailed to you.

How it works:

This form creates your online fundraising page for your team.

Your donors can access it by going to:

  • The Lupus Spiel tab, hovering over “About Lupus Spiel-Seattle 2018”, and clicking on “Teams-Seattle 2018”. Then:
    • Scroll down or use the Search field to search for your team by name.
  • Share your fundraising page with family and friends so they can donate to your team.
